Bus Driver Companion helps bus drivers manage worksheets, shift history, work and break records, and fatigue-management information in one place. It supports TBS worksheets and Bus Queensland Toowoomba shift workflows.

What the app does

• Import supported worksheet PDFs and review sign-on, sign-off and break times.

• Keep shift history and check recorded paid hours.

• Review NHVR fatigue calculations based on your saved work and rest records.

• Keep vehicle-damage and accident or incident records.

• Back up supported records to your signed-in account and restore them when needed.

Optional email worksheet importing

You can choose to connect a supported email account. Gmail worksheet importing uses read-only access to find TBS worksheet emails and retrieve PDF attachments. It does not send, modify or delete your Gmail messages. Connecting an email account is separate from signing in to Bus Driver Companion.

Access and subscriptions

The app offers introductory access and subscription options. See the app and your app store for current pricing, trial eligibility and terms. When ongoing access ends, saved records remain viewable in read-only mode.

Important information

Fatigue calculations are planning aids based on the records available to the app. They do not replace your legal responsibilities, official work diary or professional advice. Record all work and rest accurately, including work outside imported worksheets.
